I promised you something fun.

On Wednesday, when I posted this week’s live show, I promised you something fun.

Something fun for Friday. Since there’s no live show today.

So this is it.

The fun Friday thing.

I suppose it depends on what your definition of fun is.

Fun is in the eye of the beholder.

Fun is gossip with friends about friends.

Fun is dropping the gossip and just being friends.

Fun is a happy person reading a poem they wrote when they were sad.

Fun is knowing the future you want even if you don’t know how to get there yet.

Fun is recognizing the person you’re meant to become even if you don’t know how to be them yet.

Fun is good food, cooked well, served hot, eaten lingeringly.

Fun is love, even when it’s inconvenient.

Fun is love, especially when it’s inconvenient.

Fun is you, me, and the world, gathering here twice a week around the pixel campfire, telling stories, talking of things that matter, trying to make a better world, together.
